My family and art (paintings)

In the summer of 2004 I started to paint. At first it was just playing with colors and trying new things. You can see it here - my first steps. The scan doesn't reflect the work's quality as it was done from a picture on which the painting was about 3cm x 3cm. Thus, the scans, even through they were done at very high resolution, are not very sharp. You cannot see pixels but the milky quality is in my opinion almost as bad. The thumbnails open pictures that are very large and might take some time on slow connections. Right now I am painting new pictures every month or so in Canada. I think my style is slowly maturing, but you be the judge. The last couple of pictures were taken with digital camera but the flash is now the new culprit in decreasing the quality. Here latest picture was done in March of 2007 and is called Roses.
